Martin, thank you for reporting the bug. Please write bug reports in English.
If you think, your English is not sufficient, please use a translator like
deepl.com. Unfortunately, it is not clear to me, if the new paragraph changes
to italics or the previous user defined paragraph. The behaviour might be
related to the user defined paragraph. So the best would be, if you could add a
document with the those paragraph style.
