Example file from Writer with scaled image

The Calc/Impress/Draw UI does not contain an option to set scaling for an image
object, unlike Writer does.
This causes a problem when one sets scaling for an image in Writer, then
copy-pastes it into Calc/Impress/Draw and this makes the scaling disappear.
The same happens with cropping set in Writer too.
Pasting to another Writer document retains these formattings as expected.
For comparison, pasting from Word to Excel/PowerPoint also retains these
scaling/cropping settings, so I’d think it’s a realistic user expectation for
LO too.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document, it contains an image scaled to 32% size in
Writer.
    2. Copy it and paste into a new document in Calc/Impress/Draw.

Actual results:
Pasted image is original size and not scaled anymore.

Expected results:
Pasted image should retain scaling settings.
