Description:
In table design window Entry required, Length, Default Value, Format example
textboxes have different height.
Description box in right bottom corner has minimal margin from window edge.
To enhance reading, please Textboxes have different height. Descripton box has
small width.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create database
2. open table design window

Actual Results:
Text Boxes have different height. Description box has small width.

Expected Results:
Equalize text boxes height. Enahnce width of description box.
