The two frames at the bottom of attachment 155680 are anchored as character and
have 0.3 cm spacing in all four directions.

When exported to docx the spacing setting is lost, so they stick together.

This happens because in Word shapes that are anchored as character cannot have
a spacing setting, only shapes anchored as any other type.
