Description:
[UI] The Increase/Decrease Indent button in the "Tabbed" (Ribbon) UI behave
strangely:

* a
* b
* c

If increase indent is clicked when cursor is in one of the items, all of them
are indented. Users would expect to indent only the current line, or if
multiple lines are selected, those. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a itemized list with > 2 entries
2. click Increase Indent
3.

Actual Results:
Whole itemized list is indented

Expected Results:
Only the current line is indented


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
It may be cosmetics but it can be quite annoying.
