Description:
Tooltips that show up on hover (ex. close document button tooltip) do not check
for screen edges and flows onto the next screen on a multi-screen setup
(Windows).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have more than one screen.
2. Hover over "close document" button in the top right.
3. Watch the tooltip flow onto the next screen to the right.

Actual Results:
The tooltip flowed onto the next screen.

Expected Results:
The tooltip would align itself so that its right edge would be against the
right edge of the screen instead of flowing over.
