          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED

1. Open Writer
2. Click the triangle next to Basic shapes toolbar button

We used to be able to drag the sub-toolbar off. Unlocking toolbar has no
effect.

Seen on Win & Linux

Regression from
https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/086fa727cabf46eacfec1a0fd4f6dfe916aa2f04
Resolves tdf#131817 - Option to globally switch toolbar locking on/off
