Description:
my Current theme on Kubuntu provide a very dark font on libreoffice, i cant
read what is written on the toolbar. I don't want to change my theme. I want an
option just like on the text editor on linux for change the theme of the
programe (mousepad,Kate etc).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use windwos 11 theme on kubuntu
2. use bigsur application theme
3. open libreoffice

Actual Results:
black toolbar cant read the tools and cant see icons properly 

Expected Results:
there should be an option to use custom theme for the program just like
mousepad on kali linux and kate on kubuntu


Reproducible: Always
