Hi, the icon for that function is not present in the 'Basic Shapes' toolbar by
default; you have to add it yourself by going to Tools>Customize and then
looking for 'Circle, Unfilled'. Then select the appropriate 'Target' menu,
'Basic Shapes' on the right and insert it there.
