They are all already on Weblate (I think they became new strings and need
translation again because mnemonics were added in 7.2 development cycle), for
example, the "Overlining" string is at:

Just don't assume the strings became untranslatable without thorough
investigation.  This bug is simply due to Spanish translators not catching up
with English UI change.  I've changed the bug summary and set the status back
to UNCONFIRMED.
