FILEOPEN DOC/DOCX: Table height larger compared to ODT (since 7.1)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save to DOCX
3. File reload
4. Open the ODT again
5. Switch back and forward between ODT/DOCX (notice the difference)

Actual Results:
Table height difference

Expected Results:
Not so


Reproducible: Always
