The original files exported versions in Word from 4.2 and 4.1

This was good in 4.1, but not before or after.

The weak point is the -2 cm position exported and seen in Word. This was
exactly -1 cm position in 4.1 (and it looked in Word as the original), but got
broken in 4.2.
