But why is it "Unconfirmed"?  This problem is real and confirmed.  Unconfirmed
status would mean we are all lying.

FYI, recent versions of Mozilla Firefox are able to avoid stealing focus.
Steps:
1. Firefox is already open.
2. Make sure it's not active.
3. Right-click on Firefox icon on the task bar and choose "Open new window"

In my case, new Firefox is opened in the background.

PS: I am no longer using LibreOffice anymore.  Too tired to bypass all the
problems it has.  So I rarely reply to bug comments.  If anyone wants to take
the lead in this bug, please go ahead.
