It looks like very many of the relevant places in the code have meanwhile been
adapted.  (Though there is no easy thing to grep for to tell with 100%
certainty, so there may still be a few places left, but which is harmless.) 
And at least the last dozen or so commits here merely did some cosmetic
changes, but didn't introduce uses of Sequence's initializer_list constructor
anyway.  So I'm marking this easy hack as FIXED now.
