I strongly disagree for several reasons:
1/ the first words of a text document does not express generally the contains
of the document
2/ the first words of a text document may be sensitive data
3/ when using template, the first words may be the same for documents using the
same template 
4/ this method does not work for other modules (Calc, Impress/Draw and Math)
5/ it is good practice that the user explicitly choose the name of its document
file; It is not the role of LibreOffice to think for the user.
