Thank you I can confirm this and it is not related to screenshots
Steps to reproduce:
1. open a new document and insert an image
2. Double click on image => image dialog => Tab "Type": See that "Keep ratio"
is selected by default
3. Press O.K.
Result: Aspect ratio of image changes
Additional information
Height and Width after step 3 have the same values like they have after
changing anchor "to paragraph" (if you d that after step 2)
