Looks like change tracked deletion of equations.
Such are not really supported yet, see bug 111854 (CT of equation in Writer)
and bug 101378 (import of partially changed CT equation from docx).
This one looks like completely deleted equations in docx, somewhat different
from the partially deleted ones.
