The paragraph style “Preformatted Text” was added to the DropDown menu, cause
it was also available in the Menubar and for me it's a bit strange to have
styles available with the Style Menubar but not with the Style DropDown
selector. In addition the Notebookbar Style preview show also the previews of
the Styles from the DropDown menu.

So the patch https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/105008 was done to bring
more consistancy to different areas of LibO where paragraph styles were used.
