Confirmed.

Seems to be a disconnect between LO Frame/NB size and the packing of controls
onto the NB for each Tab--inconsistent as to the number of controls that
initially show on each Tab. 

Using the Exposure chevrons will recalculate the NB size and expose more
controls--but only for the current session.
