            Bug ID: 143934
Summary: FILEOPEN DOCX Images in header/footer and document
body can’t be positioned partly off page
                    (compatibilityMode 15)
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: Inherited From OOo

Example file from Word with square and tight wrapped images in header/footer
(CM15)

When an image is relatively positioned to page (i.e. Move object with text is
OFF) and partly positioned outside of the page area, this placement is not
always imported correctly from DOCX files in compatibilityMode 15.
If the same image is placed in the header/footer, the placement is similarly
imported incorrectly.
As a result the images are entirely inside the page area.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached files that have examples with all six wrap types for
images partly outside of the page area, compare to Word. The examples are in
compatibility mode 15, behavior is a bit different in compatibility mode 14.

Actual results:
Image-square-tight-wrap_C15.docx
No bleed margin in header/footer for square wrapped image (top) and Tight
wrapped image (bottom); this is similar to the C14 case.
No bleed margin in document body for square wrapped image (top) and Tight
wrapped image (bottom).

Image-through-topbottom-wrap_C15.docx:
No bleed margin in header/footer and document body for Through (top); as well
as for Top and Bottom wrapped image (bottom).

Image-behind-front-wrap_C15.docx:
Bleed margin is allowed both for behind text wrapped image (top) and in front
of text wrapped image (bottom) both in header/footer and in document body.
These cases open fine!

Expected results:
Image-square-tight-wrap_C15.docx:
Bleed margin should be allowed both in header/footer and document body for
square wrapped image (top) and Tight wrapped image (bottom).

Image-through-topbottom-wrap_C15.docx:
Bleed margin should be allowed both in header/footer and document body for
Through wrapped image (top) and Top and Bottom wrapped image (bottom).
