Description:
When pasting Text, Numbers, Date & Time and / or Formulas (Comments not
ticked), existing comments are deleted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use values and formulas in a spreadsheet, add a comment to one cell.
2. Copy the cells.
3. Use Edit - Paste Special - Paste Special to paste everything but comments.

Actual Results:
The existing comments get deleted.

Expected Results:
Existing comments should be preserved.
