Yes: The torrent file from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/, and
the direct file from one the mirrors listed here:

https://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/7.2.0/win/x86/LibreOffice_7.2.0_Win_x86.msi.mirrorlist

I read the "General Installation Issues (Windows)" article, re-downloaded
LibreOffice_7.2.0_Win_x86.msi with qBitTorrent again, and checked the SHA256
hash, which matches what it says in the Info link on the LO site.

I re-ran the installer, and… it proceeded OK.

So I have no idea what went wrong, but lesson learned: 1) Check the hash, and
2) try again if it failed installing.
