This feature is still not implemented in LO 7.2. As a frequent user of LO Calc
myself, I really feel this is a must-have feature.

In Excel (see attached ODG file), the tooltip shows:
- Name of the data series
- Point number
- Point value

I believe we can have an even better tooltip in LO, because IMO the one in
Excel doesn't look nice.
