1) Click on the Database icon in the left hand pane of the StartCenter to start
the database creation wizard

2) Click on "Connect to an existing database" and choose Mac OSX Address Book
from the dropdown menu

3) Click on "Next", and in the following dialog, leave the default selections,
then click on "Finish"

4) Accept the default file name proposed in the Finder Save dialog or type in
one of your choice.
