Sorry I can not send to you.
Now and new test I am removed libreoffice used:

sudo apt remove --purge libreoffice*
sudo apt clean
sudo apt auto-remove

After sudo apt install libreoffice. My result was success to open dBase .dbf.

Then problem occurred libreoffice after install Debian 11
(https://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/#firmware)

I would suggest this test and then try to open any dbase created.
