Image and frame separating when dragging to left corner (DOCX)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload
4. Drag figure 1 (frame) to left top page corner (within marging)

Actual Results:
Split frame and content

Expected Results:
Not so


Reproducible: Always
