I confirm that.

No, because there are Numbering Lists and Bullet Lists, so List is correct

I confirm it

That's the expected position of AA at that level


Additional information
It also works, if you change numbering style of paragraph style to Numbering
ABC and back to abc.
I also can't reproduce it with a new document
