This seems to be a problem with previous installation of LibreOffice. Please
try the following:

[1] Uninstall any LibreOffice using system method (probably there is nothing to
do here.
[2] Remove any remainders in %ProgramFiles%/LibreOffice (probably this is
"C:\Program Files\LibreOffice` (or an equivalent in your language).
[3] Optional: Check %ProgramFiles(x86)% for anything related to LibreOffice
[4] Optional: Fix your registry removing LibreOffice related entries
[5] Try to install LibreOffice
