Hi!

Sorry not able to send an example.

I try to make it more clear:
- on a slide I have an entrance animation on image1
- I want another animationa on image1
- I select the image and on the plus to add the new animation
- BOTH image1 in the animation panel are highlighted
- I select the second animation
- I change the delay time for this clicking once the UP arrow of the delay
field

Result:
- the UP arrow stays highlighted and the delay time increases by itself and
there's no way to stop it

Turnaround:
- save .odp
- reopen
- change delay time via properties popover of the second animation
