In version 7.2, the Cycle Case command is still largely unusable for the use
cases that are important to me.

What can we, as users, do to help the developers fix it sooner?

- Is more user input needed for creating a new specification? Would it be
helpful to provide some more use cases to help decide on the best approach that
won't cause regressions for other users?

- Are the developers too few and/or too busy with more important stuff to
tackle the issue for the time being? Can we agree on a quick, minimal temporary
fix (like reverting the inclusion of Sentence Case in Cycle Case) and postpone
any functionally better but time consuming refactor (like modifying Sentence
Case or providing a separate Initial capital command, analogous to lowercase /
UPPERCASE / Title Case, to replace Sentence Case in Cycle Case) for a better
time?

- Is the issue currently considered unimportant? If yes, how can we verify
objectively that the people complaining from it are representative for a larger
group of users and not a random vocal minority as suggested several comments
above?
