Example file from Word with addition, deletion, formatting

This is a followup to bug #34355 and the ChangesInMargin patches since.
Now that the feature works and it’s able to show additions and deletions on the
margin, it’s time to make it actually usable.
In other words, we should display the deletions and formatting changes in the
Annotations bar on the right side of pages.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document

Actual results:
No option to display tracked deletions and formatting changes among the
comments.

Expected results:
Menu / toolbar option to display tracked deletions and formatting changes among
the comments.

LibreOffice details:

CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.3 Build 9600; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
