Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Home

Shows/hides main menu.

Expected:  Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Home hides main menu

Actual:  Nothing happens.

Additional information:

Use Customize to assign .uno:Menubar to Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Home 
(then help page is accurate).

Maybe needs UXEval to decide whether to fix (and possibly change the assigned
keyboard shortcut), or to delete the mention in the help page.
