Example file from Word

Attached document contains some numbered paragraphs closed with a section
break, followed by sub-numbering finished with section break.
Deleting a numbering+sub-numbering part of this in Word with change tracking
leaves a dangling non-deleted sub-numbered paragraph in Writer.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document.

Actual results:
In Writer the 3 a. paragraph is not marked as deleted.

Expected results:
Should be marked as deleted.
