I had the first occurrence of this  with LO 7.1 / MacOS 10.15.7

called from command line, "File open" immediately after starting the program
throws:

"New Document" even crashes into document restore with the same output.

Funny thing is that 7.0.4 does open the Finder's file open dialog as well as a
new document, but also throws:

- but nothing else.
