Description:
Text control or text box column in table control will not retain multi-line
setting.  Multi-line with formatting will not retain and causes the Data tab to
disappear.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit form
2. Set text box property 'Text type' to 'Multi-line'
3. Close form

Actual Results:
Text displays as single line

Expected Results:
Multiple lines of text.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
