Description:
The sidebar expands at maximum size under some circumstances

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Take the property deck and resize it down to minimum allowed size
3. Click the properties button (deck collapses)
4. Hoover over the border of the sidebar buttons; the <-> arrow appears
5. Drag to the left; sidebar expands at maximum size 


Actual Results:
* <-> present expand sidebar to maximum size
* Hide button hiding the whole sidebar (closing it). Not hiding the deck only

Expected Results:
* I would have expected the 'Hide' button in the middle of the deck panel,
hiding the deck. And after hiding changing arrow to right for expand 
* The drag <-> being disabled
* Closing the sidebar in full can be done using the menu or hamburger menu
close sidebar
* Additional button to collapse the full sidebar


Reproducible: Always
