Description:
Saving substantial slower saving in original file compared to copy/pasting to a
new file

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Save - 2 seconds 
3. Copy/paste to new file
4. Save -> 0,5 seconds

Actual Results:
Slow save (take in consideration this only small part of a big file)

Expected Results:
as fast as saving fresh


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
