Description:
Cannot navigate through the cells in a table control in Base, either using tab
and/or the navigation keys on the keyboard. Makes the forms with this pretty
much unusable.

In previous versions it worked as expected, and has done for a number of years

Steps to Reproduce:
Open any form with a table control

Actual Results:
Unable to tab between cells. Occasionally you can, but no clear pattern. Alos,
on the sporadic occasions that it does, text is not selected.

Expected Results:
Should be bale to navigate left to write between cells using the tab key

Should be able to navigate up,down,left or right depending on navigation key
used
