Description:
Feature request: Hyperlinks in an alphabetical indexes.

Sadly this is not the default, when creating an alphabetical index (as it is
when creating a normal table of content)

When allowing manual changes to the Index I am able to manually set Hyperlinks
(and they work perfectly well), but sadly when refreshing the Index the
manually set Hyperlinks are gone...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Index and some entries
2. Allow Manual change of Index and set Hyperlinks to sites of the entries.
3. Create new entry of Index and refresh Index
4.

Actual Results:
Manual set links in Index are gone!!!

Expected Results:
Manually set Hyperlinks at least should be saved upon refreshing the Index.
