Description:
Auto-hyphenation do not turns off neither by unchecking "Hyphenate without
incuiry" in options, nor by unchecking auto-hyphention in window "Paragraph
Style".

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Uncheck "Tools-Options-Language settings-Writing Aids-Options-Hyphenate
without incuiry"
2.Open odt file with long words, previously saved without hyphenation




Actual Results:
Hyphenation presents

Expected Results:
Hyphenation is turned off


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
Checkbox "Styles-Edit style-Text Flow-Hyphenation-Automatically" do not
influence at the hyphenation too.
Hyphenation really turns off after unchecking "Tools-Options-Language
settings-Wtiting Aids-Available language modules-Libhyphen" only.
Release 7.1.0.3 also have the problem.
