Lets divert responsibility to some kind of collective one, where everyone can
point into circles. I did it because I'm told. I did it because agreed.. :P

Revert the revert is still an option, so.. Backporting has to wait +/- 8 days
Hope that will be enough for some basic testing (especially checking for
regressions as Skia). Hope it can make it into 7.0.6 (ideally around 21
February)
