Bug tracker is managed by volunteers.. so slightly understaffed. And appears to
be not to common (based on number of reports). And there are lot of issue, and
only so many developers :-( 

Not intending to downplay importance.. Or attempting to downplay the issue. And
comments are not 'exactly' to the point of what you're asking. Only an attempt
to put it in context.
