Description:
A document that is 82 pages on a PC is only 75 on a Mac. Line feed is visibly
smaller on the mac --> we had to do pagination, TOC and PDF export on the PC.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open my sample Document on a Mac and update the TOC. It will have 75 pages
2. Do the same on a PC. It will have 82 pages.

Actual Results:
Different pagination on PC and Mac.

Expected Results:
Identical pagination and appearance of the document on all platforms.


Reproducible: Always
