Description:
Empty frames saving a file with track changes shown after save (file reload
solves)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Kind of similar to bug 135092
2. Open the attached file
3. Scroll to bottom
4. Select the yellow marked area
5. Click Highlight No Fill & Save
6. Scroll through the document.. images not visible (empty frames)      

Actual Results:
Empty frames

Expected Results:
No empty frames


Reproducible: Always
