"CB" is an initialism for several things.

And it can be both a countable and uncountable noun.

Thus:
CB
CBs
CB's

If it is missing in the US dictionary, you can suggest it in Kevin Atkinson's
GitHub:
https://github.com/en-wl/wordlist

And good luck with it, since Kevin is very picky adding words.
