The document was opened as blank (with only the text box on the sexond page
visible) until 4.1.0.4.
In 4.1.0.4 the page background is there, too, text box has white background.
In 4.3.0.4 the text box is moved to the first page (should be on second page).
In 4.4.0.3 both text boxes are shown on the first page, overlapping. Text boxes
have transparent background.
