Description:
Currently lines of on object always grow on both sides. However, I some cases
it is necessary to choose if the line grows inside our outside the shape.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a shape
2. Choose a line color and line size/thickness
3. See the line grow around the middle line only

Actual Results:
