Telesto, I assume, you're talking about the frame an not about the image (this
is anchired to paragraph). For me the behaviour is as expected: If frame is
anchored as charater, paragraph has the height of the frame. If you change
anchor "To character" the paragraph has normal height and all the other
paragraphs move up. And therefor the other images move up also.
=> RESOLVED NOTABUG

Please change it back to UNCONFIRMED with a reasoning, if you disagree
