--- Comment #8 from Dieter <dgp-mail at gmx.de> ---
Thanks for clarification. It wasn't clear to me that it is about the properties
settings (because change is not visible). Now I can reproduce it with

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 28555fc345ac2ccdda0e4e0f3c812c646befe68b
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: threaded

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachment from comment 0
2. Select frame => frame properties => tab “type”: position of “horizontal” is
“right”.
3. Close that properties box, click on the frame and press down arrow so the
frame moves downward
4. Frame properties => tab "type"

Actual result:
Horizontal position is no longer “right” but “from left” by 11.07cm ..

Expected result:
Should be still "right" and "To Paragraph Area"
