~Observations~
I was not able to reproduce the crash with the information provided in the
description. 

I tried to reproduce this in two ways:

First Way
1. Opening a saved document in Writer.
2. Pressing F1 multiple times.

Second Way
1. Opening Writer 
2. Pressing F1 multiple times.

Operating system: Windows 10 Home Edition 64-bit
Version: 7.1.0.3 (x64) / LibreOffice Community

Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR); UI: fr-FR
Calc: threaded

I also tried this in the english version of LibreOffice and was not able to
reproduce the crash.

I downloaded the french help package
(LibreOffice_7.1.0_Win_x64_helppack_fr.msi) for the first test, andthe english

(LibreOffice_7.1.0_Win_x64_helppack_fr.msi) for the second one.
